A rotating exhibition of textiles, sculpture and other works of art will be held in Yunquera, Malaga, from the first of October. There will be five hour workshops in November on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday during each week in November in the Gallery. The classes proposed would be as follows: Cut-through Machine Reverse Applique with surface design and finishing techniques in machine embroidery; Chogapko - traditional Korean patchwork techniques with organza. Examples will shown with other fabrics. Both of the above techniques allow for spontaneity of results. All you will need is a sewing machine that allows at least zigzag stitching. On request, an organza kit will be provided (at extra cost) for the Chogakpo class. A further list of materials required will be supplied on application. The workshop will cost 65 euro per person.
